Clear Logic, Inc. Appoints Len Perham CEO; Founder Al Huggins Takes Chairman and Chief Architect Posts.

Clear Logic, Inc. today announced that Mr. Len Mr. Len (Leonard "Lenny" Smythe) is a hip hop DJ from Brooklyn, New York. He was a member, with Bigg Jus and El-P, of the underground hip hop trio Company Flow, which disbanded in the late-1990s.  Perham, previously chairman of the board of directors at Clear Logic, has accepted the post of chief executive officer. Mr. Al Huggins, previously CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , will become the chairman of the board and additionally will assume the title of chief architect.

Mr. Perham stated, "I am delighted that Al and the board have asked me to commit the time and resources necessary to ensure the company achieves its highest expectations. My skill set complements Al's nicely, and we have worked well together for many years in a variety of roles previously at Integrated Device Technology IDT (NASDAQ: IDTI) was founded in 1980 as a semiconductor vendor. Employing approximately 2500 people worldwide, headquartered in San Jose, California and operating a fab in Hillsboro, Oregon, the company both designs and fabricates semiconductor components.  as well as here at Clear Logic. When Al came to me in 1996 with the idea for Clear Logic, I recognized and supported the magnitude of his vision. Now a few years later I find Al has laid down the tracks and built a tremendous locomotive of growth, and I am grateful to Al for giving me a turn at the controls. He was also a member of the founding team at Zilog Inc. and held management positions at Advanced Micro Devices and Western Digital. Mr. Huggins is the founder of Clear Logic. From 1983 to 1996 he held various management positions at Integrated Device Technology, Inc., last serving as vice president and general manager for Memory Products. From 1979 to 1983 Mr. Huggins held various management, engineering and finance positions at Advanced Micro Devices, a semiconductor manufacturer. Mr. Huggins has an M.B.A. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles UCLA comprises the College of Letters and Science (the primary undergraduate college), seven professional schools, and five professional Health Science schools.
