Clear Blue Media Inc. Appoints CFO.

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 13, 2000

Clear Blue Media Inc. has appointed Harvey L. Schnitzer as its Chief Financial Officer.

Phil Pennington, president and CEO of the company, made the announcement. Clear Blue Media is an online advertising network of thousands of Web sites, serving more than 15 million impressions a day.

"Schnitzer is a welcome member of the Clear Blue Media team," says Pennington. "He brings the skills to structure and negotiate the strategic partnerships we need to reach our objectives -- building the company into a major Internet powerhouse."

Schnitzer most recently held the title of senior vice president and CFO for Colin Medical Instruments in San Antonio and prior to that, director of financial operations for The American Institute of Architects and the American Architectural Foundation.

Schnitzer started his career as a staff auditor for Price Waterhouse in Baltimore and spent seven years with T. Rowe Price and Associates in the Finance area when the company went through the IPO process. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from Loyola College and a B.S. in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University in Madison, N.J. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
