Staff and residents on a housing estate got together to give it a much-needed spring clean.

People from Ryton Croft CROFT, obsolete. A little close adjoining to a dwelling-house, and enclosed for pasture or arable, or any particular use. Jacob's Law Dict.  estate worked to clear the streets of litter litter /lit·ter/ (lit´er) stretcher.

The event was part of an event led by Places and People, one of the UK's largest property management and development companies.
