Clean Energy to Acquire CNG Fueling Operations of Public Service New Mexico.Energy Editors/Business Editors SEAL BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 12, 2004 Clean Energy, North America's leader in clean transportation, has reached agreement with Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) to purchase its network of natural gas fueling stations pending final approval by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission. Clean Energy has assumed operations of the PNM network of nine compressed natural gas Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) is a substitute for gasoline (petrol) or diesel fuel. It is considered to be an environmentally "clean" alternative to those fuels.
