Clean Diesel Technologies to License ARIS 2000 NOx Reduction Technology for On-Highway, Off-Road Diesel Applications; Expects Commercial Availability This Fall.

Orders have been received from diesel engine OEMs, as well as catalyst companies and an industrial end user. CDT now has 14 systems ordered or installed, including several prototype systems for mobile application.

 said, "We have also decided to offer the mobile ARIS system technology for license, perhaps to several SCR (Sequence Control Register) See program counter.  catalyst manufacturers or a consortium of engine manufacturers, in order to jump-start interest and investment in the technology for mobile on-highway and off-road applications.

"CDT will provide mobile prototypes, programming and technical support and help licensees with integrating the ARIS 2000 system into their engine and vehicle configurations," he said. "This licensing strategy will better allow CDT to leverage the technical resources and skills developed by its principals in over 15 years of experience with urea-based NOx control.

"Our near-term focus will be on broad commercialization of our ARIS 2000 system for new and retrofit stationary diesels while supporting our licensees in the mobile sector and continuing to develop the urea reagent infrastructure in conjunction with Fuel Tech Inc. and their network of licensed NOxOUT(R) reagent suppliers," Valentine added.
