) Tuesday reported results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2000.

As the attached Statement of Operations See Income statement.  and Cash Flow Statement demonstrate, the company has continued its program for commercialization of its technologies with an increase in general administrative expenses and a reduction in research and development expenses.

The company's strategy of seeking license revenue from commercial partners is progressing satisfactorily. As previously announced, the RJM RJM Resistojet Module
