Dr. Bernhard Steiner, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , reported that the company has made substantial progress in the last nine months. Particular emphasis has been placed on developing the customer base and bringing the company's excellent technologies to market.

The company has an agreement with Mitsui to purchase its catalyzed wire-mesh filter technology. This gives Clean Diesel a complete suite of technologies ranging from 25 percent reduction to up to 99 percent of diesel particulates.

With over 30 million existing diesels in Europe, U.S. and Asia under pressure to be cleaned up under retrofit programs, and 11 million of new diesels expected to be produced annually with lower emissions levels being phased in worldwide, the opportunities for the company's emission reduction technologies have never been better.

New arrangements for distribution and development for the Platinum Plus fuel-borne catalyst (FBC) were reported for the U.S. and Europe, including programs with Rhodia, Dinex and Fleetguard. Several specific OEM programs have been initiated to demonstrate CDT's lower cost and better performance emission-reduction systems for the new low-emission reduction engines scheduled to be introduced in 2007 and 2008.

As previously announced, the results of additional platinum testing for the EPA showed platinum emissions hundreds to thousands of times below standards for safe exposure.

With the company's markets being driven significantly by known and likely legislation, the future of the company looks very promising.

At the AGM, all resolutions were approved by shareholders, including the appointment of John J. McCloy John Jay McCloy (March 31, 1895, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – March 11, 1989, Stamford, Connecticut) was a lawyer and banker who later became a prominent United States presidential advisor.  II as a director.
