Clean Diesel Signs Asia Pacific Distribution Agreement with Energenics Pte Limited.

STAMFORD, Conn. -- Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. ("Clean Diesel" or "the Company") (EBB:CDTI & AIM:CDT/CDTS & XETRA: CDI), a developer of technological solutions to reduce harmful engine emissions, has entered into a distribution agreement with Energenics Pte Limited (Energenics) for the Asia Pacific region. This agreement is for distribution of Clean Diesel's Platinum Plus(R) fuel borne catalyst (FBC) and diesel particulate filters based on Clean Diesel's patented Wire Mesh Filter technology. Energenics will be responsible for marketing and demand fulfillment for Clean Diesel's patented emissions control products in the rapidly developing Asia Pacific markets.

Energenics is a large alternative energy solution and technology company with offices throughout Asia. They are a key player in the Asia Pacific region for clean energy technologies and production of bio-fuels from renewable resources. Successful joint trials of Clean Diesel's Wire Mesh Filter and Platinum Plus FBC have been completed with a number of government and regulatory authorities in Asia. Clean Diesel's products are currently being utilized in numerous locations throughout the world after completing rigorous governmental approval processes, such as the US EPA ETV verification and the European VERT certification.
