This agreement is for distribution of Clean Diesel's Platinum Plus(R) fuel borne catalyst (FBC See fully buzzword compliant. ) and diesel particulate filters based on Clean Diesel's patented Wire Mesh Filter technology. Energenics will be responsible for marketing and demand fulfillment for Clean Diesel's patented emissions control products in the rapidly developing Asia Pacific markets.

Energenics is a large alternative energy solution and technology company with offices throughout Asia. They are a key player in the Asia Pacific region for clean energy technologies and production of bio-fuels from renewable resources. Successful joint trials of Clean Diesel's Wire Mesh Filter and Platinum Plus FBC have been completed with a number of government and regulatory authorities in Asia. Due to increased pressures to reduce emissions, demand for large-scale diesel retrofit programs has exploded in the Asia Pacific region. The retrofit market in this territory comprises over 20 million diesel vehicles. The Clean Diesel wire mesh diesel particulate filter technology is tolerant of variable diesel fuel quality and sulfur levels, and provides robust emission control performance across a wide range of operating conditions for retrofit or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and  applications. This technology provides durable diesel particulate filter performance, at a price point appropriate to the cost sensitive Asian markets.
