Cleadon.Cleadon Primary School Parent-Teacher Association holds its summer fair on Saturday July 9 starting with a parade from the Britannia pub car park at 1.30pm headed by a marching band Noun 1. marching band - a band that marches (as in a parade) and plays music at the same time band - instrumentalists not including string players and followed by people in fancy dress. The parade will finish at the junior school field where up to 30 stalls, games and entertainments including Irish dancing, gymnastics gymnastics, exercises for the balanced development of the body (see also aerobics), or the competitive sport derived from these exercises.
