) today announced a stock dividend in the form of a 5-for-4 split of the Company's common stock, and in addition declared a cash dividend of 2 cents per share Cents per share

The stock split is effective Dec. 13, 1995 to shareholders of record on Nov. 29, 1995. The dividend is payable on Jan. 24, 1996 to shareholders of record on Jan. 3, 1996.
