"We are pleased to report net income of $24 million during a challenging industry environment where few companies are profitable, industry shipments are down 42%, and 90 plants have closed," remarked CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.  company engaged in manufacturing, retailing, financing, and insuring homes, and in operating manufactured housing communities.
