(the "Funds") announce the appointment by the boards of trustees of such Funds of J. Thomas Futrell as the Chief Executive Officer of each Fund and Kevin M. Robinson as the Chief Legal Officer of each Fund. Mr. Futrell and Mr. Robinson succeed Mr. Nicholas Dalmaso, who previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer of each Fund.
