Claymore Closed-End Fund Distributions - March 2009.

 ("Claymore") are pleased to announce that certain closed-end funds have declared their distributions. The table below summarizes the distribution schedule for each closed-end fund.

The following dates apply to these distributions:

Record Date - March 13, 2009

Ex-Dividend Date - March 11, 2009

Payable Date - March 31, 2009
