Claymore Announces Transfer From American Stock Exchange To NYSE Arca in Connection with NYSE Euronext's Acquisition of The American Stock Exchange.


LISLE, Ill. -- Claymore Securities, Inc., the third-fastest growing exchange-traded fund provider in 2007*, today announced that it will transfer the listing of the Claymore ETFs set forth below, which are currently listed on the American Stock Exchange (the "Amex"), to NYSE Arca. This transfer will occur in connection with the proposed NYSE Euronext acquisition of the Amex and will occur after the close of the acquisition. The Amex and NYSE Euronext expect the transaction to close in the third quarter of this year subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions including the approval of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
