Classy deal.Bryman College Bryman College is a system of for-profit colleges in the United States. It is oriented towards being a career college, with classes in the health care and business fields. Bryman College became Everest College in April 2007. The schools are owned by Corinthian Colleges, Inc. has signed a 42,000-square-foot lease at the Alhambra office campus and will move from its El Monte El Monte (ĕl mŏn`tē), city (1990 pop. 106,209), Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1912. A residential, industrial, and commercial city in the San Gabriel Valley, El Monte manufactures furniture, electronic equipment, semiconductors, facilities next month. The deal is the second for a college at the 1 million-square-foot project in Alhambra in nine months, following Platt College's 18,000-square-foot lease signed last July. Terms were not disclosed, but a source familiar with the deal said the IO-year lease was worth more than $10.7 million. Staubach's Craig Cahow ca·how n.
