Classics will go on tour.As many as 250 classic cars are expected to converge con·verge v. con·verged, con·verg·ing, con·verg·es v.intr. 1. a. In Japan, it had the lion's share of the PC market until the late 1990s (see PC 98). NEC was founded in Tokyo in 1899 as Nippon Electric Company, Ltd. . The classic tour is open to all cars of all ages, with preference given to models registered before 1978, which is the year that the NEC first hosted the show. The tour forms part of the drive to make this year's event more interactive, with participants completing 150-mile routes from one of the five starting points in Cheshire, Derbyshire, Essex, Warwickshire and Wiltshire. Roads have been chosen to suit classic cars, with the use of motorways and dual carriageways kept to a minimum.
