, it is worthwhile to say that the classical music still holds attraction with lot of its commitment in the wonderful world of music. It is source of great inspiration for the lovers of classical music when the Bangladeshi renowned classical artist Aziz Farooq Thursday admitted that Pakistani classical music is one among the top classical music, widely appreciated across the globe particularly in his native country, Bangladesh. Surely, classical music always remains alive by touching the heart of its lovers against the Pop music- a short lived, temporary and without having any concrete base to survive easily, said Aziz Farooq hailing from Bangladesh, currently in a visit to Pakistan. He mentioned the presence of great similarity between Pakistani and Bangladeshi music, saying that Bangladeshis have great love and affection for the singers belonging to Pakistan, particularly the classical ones. They (Bangladeshis) listen to Pakistanis with great love and admiration and feel them their own artist by heart and soul, he said. The melodious Farooq Aziz gave great weight to the classical music stars, Ghulam Ali Ghulam Ali (Devanagari:ग़ुलाम अली, Nastaliq: غلام علی) (born 1940) is a famous Pakistani ghazal singer of the Patiala Gharana.  and Mehdi Hassan Mehdi Hassan, Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, Pride of Performance, Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Urdu: مہدی حسن) affectionately called Khan Sahib and titled as "Shahenshah-e-Ghazal  who also swept into the music industry of his native country, Bangladesh. He praised their matchless singing which resounds across the world. Referring to an earlier visit of Ghulam Ali to Bangladesh, the singer informed that former had greatly appreciated his own classical singing and expressed determination to follow the footprint of his guru guru (g`r, gr`  to prove himself worldwide. I sang two ghazals in the presence of Ghulam Ali which is a heritage of my life and he encouraged me to keep it up, he revealed. He could not see eye to eye with the fun and entertainment of Pop music, terming it a short-lived, advising the youngsters to learn their ancestral ANCESTRAL.
