To create the choreography of: choreograph a ballet. 2. of Ailey II, teamed up with jazz pianist McCoy Tyner Alfred McCoy Tyner (born 11 December 1938) is a jazz pianist from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, known for his work with the John Coltrane Quartet and a long solo career that has been climactic. Tyner was born in Philadelphia as the oldest of three children. for The Tyner Project, to appear at Lincoln Center Lincoln Center New York’s modern theater complex. [Am.
