Burack Partners, a building management company, has hired Classic Security Controls, a New York-based access control security firm, to install new state-of-the-art protection systems at 19 Union Square West and 9 East 37th Street. The state-of-the-art systems allow for a safe and secure environment in the buildings. They each include a digital video recording system that captures, stores and manages the images of every individual who enters and exits the building. Classic Security Controls will also be installing in each building an access control system that requires all tenants to present their building identification card for entry. Telephone intercoms will allow all tenants to answer the intercom from any telephone in the building to allow access.
