Class action lawsuit against Greyhound Lines dismissed.DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 7, 1996--Greyhound Lines, Inc. (Amex: BUS) today announced that a class action securities lawsuit, first filed in mid-1994 against the Company and other defendants, including several of its former directors and officers, has been dismissed. In issuing this decision, Judge Fish granted the plaintiffs leave to amend their complaint within 20 days of the decision.
