The main building is the Clemente Ruiz Nazario U.S. , as a class action to recover damages on behalf of all purchasers of Class B common stock of Pepsi-Cola Puerto Rico Puerto Rico (pwār`tō rē`kō), island (2005 est. pop. 3,917,000), 3,508 sq mi (9,086 sq km), West Indies, c.1,000 mi (1,610 km) SE of Miami, Fla.  Bottling Company A bottling company is a commercial enterprise whose output is the bottling of beverages for distribution.

Many bottling companies are franchisees of corporations such as Coca-Cola and PepsiCo who distribute the beverage in a specific geographic region.
 ("Pepsi Bottling") from February 13, 1996 through August 12, 1996 (the " Class Period").

The complaint alleges that during the Class Period, Pepsi Bottling and certain directors violated the federal securities laws, including Section 10(b) of the Securities Act of 1934, by misrepresenting and /or omitting material information concerning Pepsi Bottling's financial condition and results of operations. Plaintiffs seek to recover losses suffered by investors who purchased Pepsi Bottling Class B common stock during the Class Period.
