The first court session was held in Boston in 1789.  on behalf of a class (the "Class") consisting of all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired the securities of Centennial Technologies Inc. ("Centennial" or the "Company") during the time period of August 21, 1996, through and including February 10, 1997 (the "Class Period").

The complaint charges Centennial and others with violations of Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Complaint alleges that Centennial issued materially false and misleading financial statements which materially overstated o·ver·state
