Class Action Suit Filed Against Pathogenesis Corporation ``PGNS'' and Certain of its Officers and Directors for Violations of the Federal Securities Laws.

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 26, 1999--A class action has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington The United States District Court for the Western District of Washington is the Federal district court whose jurisdiction comprises the following counties: Clallam, Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, King, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit,  on behalf of all purchasers of the common stock of Pathogenesis Corporation ("PGNS PGNS Primary Guidance and Navigation System (Apollo program)

The complaint charges PGNS and certain of its officers and directors with violations of the federal securities laws. Specifically, plaintiff has brought claims for violations of sections 10(b) and 20 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
