Class Action Lawsuits Filed Against Amdocs Limited.

Amdocs Limited (NYSE:DOX) today announced that two class action complaints had been filed against the Company and certain of its directors and officers in Federal District Courts alleging various violations of US securities laws in connection with the public disclosure of its operating results.

The Company stated that it believed the allegations made in the complaint are without merit and that it intended to defend itself vigorously.
