A class action has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, on behalf of all person or entities who purchased Sykes Enterprises, Inc. ("Sykes" or the "Company") common stock during the period from October 25, 1999 through January 31, 2000, inclusive (the "Class Period").

The Complaint alleges that Sykes, John H.
