) today announced a reseller agreement with Chilean holding firm Tech 1 Group to introduce the Company's full complement of license and subscription-based, e-commerce solutions to one of South America's most lucrative markets.

Prior to this agreement, e-procurement options in Chile were limited to a handful of general marketplaces operated by global providers with no Chilean expertise. Tech 1 Group is set to offer the Country's first enterprise-specific procurement solution.
