TotalCare Direct is designed with an intuitive, easy-to-use interface to allow customers to view, add, or edit support incidents, download Clarus product updates, access an electronic "knowledge base" for routine problem-solving information and share important information with other Clarus customers. TotalCare Direct also can send customers immediate e-mail notification each time the status of a support incident is updated and provides web-based access to education schedules and course registration.
