Amy Sullivan has it right ("General Election," September). No, it's not too late for Clark. Clinton did not jump in until October. Clark supporters will find the money. Clark has great name recognition already and will get a great boost from the press who treat him with deference. I'm old enough to recall Ike. As soon as he announced, it was a foregone conclusion. Even Democrats voted for him. Many members of the GOP will vote for Clark. I feel it in my bones.
