New Executives Report to Newly-Appointed President

Gadzoox Networks Inc. (Nasdaq:ZOOX), a leading supplier of storage area networks (SANs), today announced the appointments of two key new executives, Clark F. Foy as Vice President, Marketing and JoAnn Rogers as Vice President, Human Resources.

Foy joins Gadzoox Networks from Quantum Corporation, where he served as Vice President of Marketing for the High-End Storage Division in the Hard Disk Drive Group. Prior to Quantum, Foy was at Compaq Computer Corporation where he was manager of product strategy and planning for Compaq's commercial desktop division. Foy also worked at ZS Associates and Hewitt Associates, both international consulting firms. Foy earned a master of management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Miami University (Ohio).

Prior to Network Computing Devices, Rogers held human resource positions at 3Com Corporation and Ungermann-Bass, Inc.
