New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 and New Jersey this month. The Company's offerings will allow consumers to consolidate their long distance phone and Internet service needs into a single package.

The bundled services will be launched via direct mail to consumers and businesses. Clariti IP is utilizing sophisticated statistical modeling techniques that allow it to direct offers to selected businesses and consumers in under-penetrated segments of the Internet and telecommunications markets. The first test mailings will launch in late October and continue through November.

The Company will offer two consumer programs as well as a number of programs designed for the business user.
