Claris Showcases Solutions for Education at NECC; Debuts ClarisWorks 4.0.

ClarisWorks education solutions will also be demonstrated at the Compaq booth (No. 544) as part of the Windows School Connection program on June 17 from 1:40 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and in the Apple Hands-On Lab in room No. 201 of the convention center on June 17 from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. And a presentation on ClarisWorks for Windows hosted by Jim Lafave, a teacher who has used ClarisWorks extensively in the classroom, will take place in the Sheraton Hotel attached to the convention center, Chesapeake Ballroom 1 on June 17 from 9:20 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Other products that will be featured at the Claris booth include FileMaker Pro, an award-winning database with templates designed specifically for education; Amazing Animation Amazing Animation was a program published by Claris for the Apple Macintosh in 1994.

Amazing Animation was targeted mainly at children and young teenagers, allowing them to produce their own animated short films with relative ease.
