Clarion Technologies Announces Establishment of Holland, Michigan, Office.

SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 1999--Clarion Technologies Inc. (OTC:CTCH) today announced the opening of its office in Holland, Mich.

The office is located in the Eagle Building at 235 Central Avenue and the telephone number is 616/494-8885.

The Holland office will serve as the western Michigan base for two recent additions to the Clarion executive leadership team -- William Beckman, chief executive officer of Clarion Plastics Technologies Inc., a wholly-owned operating subsidiary of the company, and David Selvius, vice president -- Corporate Finance of Clarion Technologies. Beckman was the former chief financial officer and Selvius was the former director of corporate finance of Johnson Controls Interiors, a division of Johnson Controls Inc., located in Holland. Both Beckman and Selvius held positions at Prince Corporation prior to its $1.35 billion acquisition by Johnson Controls.
