Clariant Clariant (SWX: [1]) is a Swiss speciality chemical company which was formed in 1995 as a spin off from Sandoz. The company expanded by the incorporation of the speciality chemicals business of Hoechst (Germany) in 1997 and the acquisition of BTP plc (UK) in 2000.  International named Dominik von Bertrab head of the masterbatches division and Stephen Stephen, 1097?–1154, king of England (1135–54). The son of Stephen, count of Blois and Chartres, and Adela, daughter of William I of England, he was brought up by his uncle, Henry I of England, who presented him with estates in England and France and  R. Brown divisional controller and head of business process management.
