Clarett Group tops out multi-million dollar tower.


Construction at OPUS, a new 64-unit luxury condominium project developed by the New York-based Clarett Group at 2770 Broadway on 107th Street, was ceremoniously cer·e·mo·ni·ous

In just four months after opening our sales office we have already secured commitments for 44 percent of the building's premier-quality, family-oriented homes."

Designed by Randy Gerner, a principal of Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects, P.C., OPUS offers homes for sale ranging from two bedroom to five bedroom units. Each home features oak strip flooring, high ceilings, solid core four-panel doors, designer hardware and a full-size washer and dryer in each unit. Gourmet kitchens feature marble countertops and rich cherry wood cabinetry while lavish marble baths feature renowned Waterworks waterworks: see water supply.  [TM] fittings. Select homes include gas-burning fireplaces, step-out balconies or large terraces.

The construction manger for the project is Bovis Lend Lease.

The building's common areas are as impressive as its unique homes. OPUS features a landscaped rooftop garden with panoramic views, a thematically designed family room equipped with children's literature and video library, a state-of-the-art fitness center and a landscaped community terrace. Its entrance foyer will feature a high vaulted ceiling and a floor of rich marble and inlaid in·laid
