Forman, who also acts as Executive Chairman, together with Chief Executive Officer Jerry Chang, will create the Office of the President, sharing the company's critical strategic and operational decision-making responsibilities.

Arthur Rubinfeld, currently an Advisory Board member to the Board of Directors for Starbucks Corporation, has more than fifteen years of strategic counseling, branding, and marketing experience. His focus at Starbucks was to lead retail store development, develop strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage brand awareness and facilitate unit growth. He has enjoyed a distinguished career with Starbucks, serving as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President from 1992 to 1999, and was primarily responsible for building the company's infrastructure and brand by planning and executing the company's retail presence. Prior to Starbucks, Rubinfeld was a managing partner at Epsteen and Associates, one of California's largest tenant representation real estate companies.
