Claredi Seeks Legal Relief from SeeBeyond Corp.


SALT LAKE CITY -- Claredi Corp. announced today that it has filed a lawsuit against SeeBeyond Corp. in Federal District Court in Missouri. In the lawsuit, filed in September, Claredi asserts that SeeBeyond has i) breached its agreement with Claredi, ii) infringed Claredi's trademarks, iii) wrongfully converted Claredi's proprietary technology and intellectual property, iv) engaged in unfair competition, and v) interfered with Claredi's business relationships. Kepa Zubeldia, M.D., Claredi's board chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , stated that he "regrets we had to resort to the court to protect Claredi's interests," but "is confident of a favorable outcome." Dr. Zubeldia further stated, "All of our customers can be assured that the suit will have no impact on the outstanding service that Claredi has always provided."
