Claraview will implement a comprehensive data warehousing reporting solution which will allow the Commonwealth to:

* enable decision-making by the KDE and other stakeholders Stakeholders

All parties that have an interest, financial or otherwise, in a firm-stockholders, creditors, bondholders, employees, customers, management, the community, and the government.
 throughout the Commonwealth at the state and local levels

* allow the state to manage, analyze and disaggregate See disaggregated.  the use of individual student data

* develop a robust data warehouse that includes information regarding demographic, assessment and financial data

* create a storehouse that allows alternate sources of data to be added, searched and queried

A robust statewide longitudinal data system will provide visibility and foster continuous improvement throughout the Commonwealth's educational school systems. It will supply results to teachers and administrators who will have access to a Web-based portal. This portal will serve as a knowledge sharing and best practices system for instructional materials and collaboration tools A collaboration tool is something that helps people collaborate. The term is often used to mean collaborative software, but collaboration tools were being used before computers existed, a piece of paper can for example can be used as collaboration tool. . The ultimate goal is to utilize this data to improve teaching methods, interventions, and school programs to increase the students' overall educational experience.
