) reported a net profit of $115,169 on revenues of $1,420,252 for the nine-month period ended June 30, 1999.

Revenues were 27% higher than for the same period in the prior year.

Expenses for the period were 22% higher than for the same period the prior year and were mainly attributable to the addition of new service contracts and the ongoing upgrade of clients to the year 2000- compliant system (including hardware and software). The Company anticipates having completed its Y2K See Y2K problem and Y2K compliant.
