), announced today that it has launched a revolutionary new parking program called "Park-by-Phone" (www.ParkingHelp.com). This new program will allow drivers to pay for parking in lots and meters owned by participating agencies with a mere phone call. Their parking will fees will be instantly validated and there will no longer be a need to search for correct coins, cash, cards, or other means of payment.
