ClairVista Launches Live Expert(TM) for Retail: The New Face of Customer Interaction.

 announces the launch of Live Expert, a retail solution that uses advanced videoconferencing A real time video session between two or more users or between two or more locations. Although the first videoconferencing was done with traditional analog TV and satellites, inhouse room systems became popular in the early 1980s after Compression Labs pioneered digitized video systems  to provide in-store shoppers live consultation services that cost-effectively improve customer service quality and increase sales. With one touch of a Live Expert Station screen, customers instantly reach subject-matter experts who, working from remote locations, provide one-on-one assistance through a crystal-clear video and audio connection.
