Ckrush Direct Strikes Deal with In Demand Networks.

NEW YORK -- Ckrush Direct, Inc. ("Ckrush Direct"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cedric Kushner Promotions, Inc. (PK:CKPI), today announced that it has entered into a License Agreement with In Demand LLC, the largest pay per view network in the world. The Agreement is for the domestic exhibition of "DV-Divas" on a Pay-Per-View basis. The program premiered on In Demand on February 10 of this year. In Demand reaches approximately 30 million U.S. households. As part of the Pay-Per-View exhibition, the program will also air on a Video On Demand basis (VOD). Ckrush Direct has recently entered into an exclusive license agreement with Buffalo Ventures, LLC for the "DV-Divas" property.
