Ckrush Announces New Board of Directors; New Board Follows Announcement of New Management Team and Continued Expansion of Company's Entertainment Business.

Newly appointed to the Board of Directors are Richard Ascher, Jeremy Dallow, Jerry Gilbert, Philip Glassman, Roy Roberts
