Civil rights?!


With the Albany Police Department parked in my driveway, I was snatched from my home by three federal agents, shoved into an unmarked SUV, and driven to James T. Foley courthouse on 445 Broadway in Albany, New-York.

While I was in my bedroom working, I heard some taps on my locked front door--and without ringing the bell, knocking, or announcing "police" or any other authority, three people entered my home without my knowledge or consent. I looked up from my work to only see these three charging for me. I wonder, did they enter using some master lock key? My door was not broken nor the lock busted bust·ed

I demanded to see their "papers" and they flatly refused to show me any notice, warrant, or basis for their authority. I vehemently protested, saying that I had a habeas corpus habeas corpus (hā`bēəs kôr`pəs) [Lat.,=you should have the body], writ directed by a judge to some person who is detaining another, commanding him to bring the body of the person in his custody at a specified time to a  to give them, and to "stop", but they flatly ignored me. They tried to prevent me from carrying my legal paperwork but I protested and clung to them. Thus a senior citizen was removed from their home, continuously protesting.

At minimum it was outright denial of my Fourth Amendment rights, closer to outright kidnapping, assault and battery, aggravated ag·gra·vate

I had to spend the entire year 2006 defending myself when counsel failed to do his job, and got paid ... I have the right to a fair investigation ... I am not able to effectively make phone calls and I have been dragged to Metropolitan Correctional Center in NYC NYC
