Wet conditions made short work of Oregon's and Oregon State's scheduled softball games on Sunday against their Arizona counterparts, so next up for the Ducks and Beavers will be Tuesday's Civil War at Howe Field.

Oregon's home game against Arizona and OSU's contest against visiting Arizona State were both postponed. The Ducks and Wildcats will make their game up as part of a doubleheader on May 11 in Tucson, while the Beavers and Sun Devils will do the same that day in Tempe.

Seventh-ranked Oregon State had its 28-game winning streak snapped on Saturday by ASU. The Beavers (28-3, 1-1 Pac-10) will visit Howe Field to take on the Ducks (17-11, 0-1) at 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

The game also will be televised locally by the Oregon Sports Network.

Beavers move up to 11th at PING golf tournament

TEMPE, Ariz. - Oregon State's women's golf team improved two spots to finished 11th at the PING/Arizona State Invitational on Sunday.

Jillian Ferrante shot a final-round 73 to tie for 21st place at 224 for the Beavers. Julianna Uhrik had a 75 to tie for 27th at 225.

For the Oregon women, who placed 16th in the team standings, Cathryn Bristow finished 14th at 221 after shooting a 73 on Sunday.

Adriana Zwanck of Arizona took medalist honors with her 210. UCLA won the team title.
