Poskanzer Skott Architects has recently completed multiple renovations for Cityview Corporate Center in Lyndhurst, New Jersey Lyndhurst is a township in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township population was 19,383.

Lyndhurst was originally formed as Union Township on February 19, 1852 from portions of Harrison Township.
 

Kwartler Associates, Inc,, the developer and manager of Cityview Corporate Center, selected Poskanzer Skott as Architect of Record for the building renovations and tenant fix-ups for the 138,300-s/f Class A office building. Poskanzer Skott has subsequently completed seven tenant fit-up assignments at this high-end office facility. They have provided space planning and construction documentation for the renovation of the common spaces as well as the individual tenant renovations and design projects.

The building, which offers flexible space options, is within the Meadowlands Corporate Center at 160 Chubb Ave AVE Avenue
