Cityscape secures $60 million credit facility; announces launch of mixed-use mortgage programs.

Up to $15 million is earmarked for Cityscape's new small mixed-use and multi-family mortgage programs, designed for residential properties which derive some income from a commercial use. Under the program, loans from $50,000 to $1,000,000 can be originated with amortization periods of 15, 25 or 30 years.
