CityView Announces Senior Level Hires.

All three professionals will be located in CityView's Santa Monica office.

Omar Brownson, who joins the company as Director of Acquisitions and Underwriting, was most recently involved in building affordable housing and mixed-use developments in Philadelphia. Prior to that, Brownson was in Los Angeles at a public affairs consulting group where he helped shepherd real estate developments through the community and political entitlement process across California. Brownson received his master's degree in public policy and urban planning from Harvard University and his undergraduate degree from the University of California The University of California has a combined student body of more than 191,000 students, over 1,340,000 living alumni, and a combined systemwide and campus endowment of just over $7.3 billion (8th largest in the United States).  at Davis. He received his B.A. in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College located in Lancaster, PA and is a licensed CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000.  in the state of Maryland.
