STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 7, 2000

      - Profit for the CityMail Group after financial items and capital
gains of MSEK 93,5 amounted to MSEK 54.0 (MSEK -23.8). During the
third quarter, the profit amounted to MSEK 0.2 million.
      - The new core business, City Mail International, more than
doubled its turnover and reported invoicing during the first nine
months in the amount of MSEK 40.4 (18.1). The operating margin for the
third quarter was 11.1 percent.
      - Continued low financial risk following the sale of the Swedish
distribution operation to the company jointly owned with Royal Mail,
CityMail Sweden AB.
      - A new growth strategy was established for CityMail Group with
CityMail International as the base.


CityMail Group AB's new structure

In 2000, the CityMail Group underwent a fundamental restructuring restructuring - The transformation from one representation form to another at the same relative abstraction level, while preserving the subject system's external behaviour (functionality and semantics). .
