The City of Bellflower will honor residents and businesses that have demonstrated exceptional contributions to the community at the upcoming Bellflower Honors citizen recognition program, which recognizes volunteerism, individual achievement and public service. The program begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Green Room at City Hall, 16600 Civic Center Drive in Bellflower.
