The competition was organised by the Patrick Cameron range of hair care products. The pair, who work at Martanne Visions hairdressers in Abbey Road, Whitley, met "the hairdresser's hairdresser" Patrick Cameron himself. Sarah, who eventually came third, received a certificate at an award ceremony. Sarah said: "I was really excited when I won, but I was worried about going up on stage!
